Cheapest Broadband With Good Connectivity
Friday, September 4th, 2009Well, here is the broadband that i think is kinda worth for a student like me. Digi broadband had been launch for quite some time. Although i didnt really use it, but i tried it before with the guidance of my boyfriend. He is currently using this broadband too.
The speed is really out of my expectation. For over so many years, I always have a bad impression on Digi. Although it’s cheap for the phone line, but i still dont like it as i always heard that Digi got no line here and there. That’s why im using Maxis until now. LOL~
Back to the topic, Digi Broadband is a broadband which i think it’s actually not bad. It’s not expensive as Celcom broadband nor sucks as P1. Why do i say so? Here’s some of the reason why and the advantages of applying Digi broadband :
1. NO REGISTER/ACTIVATION FEE
2.NO CONTRACT
3.NO TERMINATION FEE
If you’re applying for the Discover Plan, you will need to pay RM 180 for the modem or you can choose to pay by installment which is RM 15 per month. However, if you’re a student or in the age between 18 to 25, you can have the modem for FREE. All you need to pay is the monthly fee for Digi broadband which is just RM 58.
the modem is just as small as your touch and go card
For those people who just surf the net or playing games like Dota, or any game with low capacity, the Discover plan is just right for you. But not for people who like to watch drama through online like me. xD
For the Explore and Extreme plan, you dont need a student pass to get the modem for free. It’s already a free modem for you once you apply for either one of these two plans.
Alright, for the speed of the connection, 700kbps is the slowest speed. Although it is stated that 700kbps, but actually it’s depends to certain area. For example, my bf surf the net at The Curve with 2.5mbps. Good enough? =)
So, what the hell are u waiting for? Change to Digi broadband now if you’re using some kind of broadband with snail slow connectivity. If you wanna know whether your housing area is with good connectivity or not, you may try it first for FREE. Yeah babeh, for REAL, it’s Free Of Charge for the trial.
Wondering how? If you’re interested to try it, the person who working with Digi broadband will come over to you and test for you. They will come to you no matter where you are. Just name it and they’ll come to you. Of course, only in KL not other states. Alright? No worries, if the broadband is not working well at your place, you can say NO to them. They wont kill you or force you to take it.
I can introduce a trustworthy person to you if you’re interested. Call/sms Mr Tallen/Thong @ 0143360691 to know more bout the broadband. You may speak in Cantonese, Mandarin or English with him. Or you may leave your message here at the comment section. Thank you for your co-operation.
And yeah, vote for me..

I just stopped by your blog and thought I would say hello. I like your site design. Looking forward to reading more down the road.
unfortunately not available in seremban yet?!
maxis is good here but not celcom.
do you get paid for promoting?
do you have the contact for the reseller?
iyouwe > yea i guess so.. every broadband depends on certain area, to get good connectivity. u’ll hav to try it first no matter what to know whether it’s good or not.
jolene > nop, i dont get anything for promoting. im just helping out my fren, tallen. u may call/sms him at 0143360691 or email him at tallen10206@hotmail.com. =)
FYI… of all the wireless broadband… WiMAX is the highest rated 1… Celcom comes in 2nd… due to cost n manpower… every wireless broadband has it’s own coverage limit…
and if u read the package properly the 1st 2 digi package speed is 700kBps… while the most exp package is 2MBps…
the cheapest package download limit is 3GB only which means u can only download around maybe 4 movies or 15 episodes of drama per month… while the most exp package is 20GB which might be enough for students but then for the price…
woo. no offense sister. i hate digi xD
the_NET} No Doubt Celcom do have it powerful coverage and considered faster speed provided, but i wonder why WiMAX has it on the 1st place ? I wonder where is the information came from ?
Due to survey and market research by TELCO,WiMAX has very limited coverage plus 1 very unfriendly part of their modem-IT HAS TO BE PLUG WITH POWER POINT !?
And info from the same source told now the largest group of subscriber goes to Maxis,2ndly Celcom only 3rd was WiMAX,DiGi was the last.
I think since she mention that was the CHEAPEST broadband but not the FASTEST / LARGEST USAGE LIMIT one, think that the modem was FREE / cost you rm180 by installment RM15/month,paying RM58 ONLY monthly with NO any other extra fee such like register fee/activation fee/termination fee, most importantly NO contracti think it considered the cheapest compare to others.
Yeah you do read well on the leaflet,DiGi also quite smart on doing these things, the particular 700kbps modem provided are ACTUALLY up to 3.6mbps.
Which mean if the consumer was in coverage at least it able to get 1mbps above, example from sunway to kota damansara area can gets 2.5mbps. Bintang to chearas area can get 1 – 2 mbps. althought non coverage area can surf with around 300kbps.
I think for consumer those whole actually activity base in KL the provided speed was good enough for them.
For consumer those who look for larger download usage,WHY DON’T CHOOSE STREAMYX ???
It’s unlimited plus quite stable connection, cheap as well,110 for 1mbps above plus free all domestic call.
WiMAX do provide 20GB USAGE LIMIT,yes it’s so attractive but think bout the huge modem plus how it works (it needs to plug with power point.). Doesn’t it consider was like a FIX LINE modem already, cos it’s not PORTABLE,since it’s 1 of the characteristic and advantage of broadband that’s mobility/portable.
For my very only 2cents that’s now DiGi definitely the CHEAPEST but Does it really worth to take if for those heavy internet user such like ME,or WE THESE BLOGGERs,I believe most of us 1 day not online was like killing us,we miss any 1 of the episode of HK/US drama also was like killing us,but the USAGE LIMIT of broadband are so irritating, over the limit will cause speed drop terribly or extra charge which that’s so unfriendly so…
STREAMYX IS THE BEST !!
And also in my very own opinion that’s broadband in malaysia are only for those who average / socially internet user which mean those who won’t exit 2GB (maxis),3GB(DiGi),10GB(WiMAX).
But still if USAGE LIMIT not the factor, speed and the price will be it.So far from all the information i provided, don’t you think DiGi really is the cheapest ??
Please correct me if i’m wrong yo,thx !! xD
No offense to any1 here, just to provide some TRUE and OBJECTIVE information, btw I’M STREAMYX SUPPORTER !!!! hahahaha !
haha !!
the_NET > opps..no offense.. i actually received a lot of complains bout WiMAX and Celcom…and that’s why i said they’re not good.. as you can see what my fren, Tallen commented above.. he’s more experienced than me..so yeah.. pls refer to him if u’re still dissatisfy with it.
danny > LOL~ it’s okay… i dont really like digi also…hahahahahaha
tallen > hahahahaha…..thanks ! u write essay huh?? =P
shan why you like that ejek tallen one? XD but his essay pretty good wert. cant get A also got B gua? =P but seriously at first i wonder if you were doing some job for Digi but it turned out to be Tallen. very funny. XD
